How is pricing calculated?

Business is a flat $1,499 per month for smaller companies that don't need anything from the Enterprise plan: standard ecommerce stack, single market, email support is enough. Includes 10,000 monthly active users (MAU); overage is $50 per 1,000 additional MAU. Around 25,000 MAU sustained, Enterprise typically becomes the better value.

Enterprise is the plan for any company at scale, or any company with Enterprise-only needs (custom contracts, multi-region, SLA, dedicated success manager, Klaviyo integration, native SDK work) regardless of MAU. Pricing scales with usage. For new prospects without an existing app, we estimate Year 1 MAU from your website traffic, audience size, and other channels, then build a full pricing and revenue model in the proposal so you see the Year 1 cost next to the expected revenue from the app. Once signed, usage is reviewed every 90 days against the rolling 90-day MAU average, with caps on mid-term increases.

What counts as a monthly active user?

An MAU is a unique device that opens the app at least once in a 30-day period, measured via Google Analytics and Firebase. We use MAU to size the Enterprise plan and to flag when a Business customer outgrows the plan.

What platforms do you support?

Most modern web stacks. Major ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Hydrogen, Adobe Commerce / Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, WooCommerce), content and SMB platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, PrestaShop), and custom or headless builds (Next.js, Laravel, custom enterprise stacks). Unlike Shopify-only app builders, we adapt to your existing platform rather than forcing you to rebuild on someone else's. If your platform isn't listed, ask - we likely still support it.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. Both plans are 12-month annual agreements - we work as your ongoing app team, not a one-off project. Business uses our standard terms with no modifications. Enterprise terms are negotiated per deal, including custom MSA, DPA, and SLA addenda; we can work from your contract template or ours.

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers the full build. Our team handles native iOS and Android engineering, app design matched to your brand (icon, splash screen, store assets), push notification setup (OneSignal or Klaviyo, configured to your account), analytics wiring (GA4 and Firebase under your Google account), cross-device QA, and submission to both the App Store and Google Play. Your team doesn't need to staff or run the project. Typical timeline: 6 to 8 weeks from kickoff to live in the stores. $5,000 flat on Business. Enterprise setup is custom-scoped because the build typically includes native SDK integrations, multi-region configuration, custom screens, or other work beyond the standard scope.

Who owns the app and developer accounts?

You do. The app is published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts, registered in your name. We manage them as part of the ongoing service, but the app, the listings, the reviews, the ratings, and the developer accounts all stay yours. If you ever switch away, you keep all of it.

What about security, compliance, and data residency?

Customer data stays on your existing systems. The MobiLoud platform doesn't store customer accounts, PII, or payment data. Aggregate analytics are configured under your Google account. Push and subscriber data sit with your chosen provider (Klaviyo or OneSignal). The app and developer accounts (Apple, Google) are registered in your name. SOC 2 Type Il is in progress, targeted for mid-2026. In the meantime, our security posture is documented through annual third-party penetration testing, automated security scanning of our code, and a signed DPA. For Enterprise contracts, we provide a full security overview and can complete vendor security questionnaires on request.

What are your SLA response times?

SLAs are available as an optional add-on on the Enterprise plan. The Business plan doesn't include a formal SLA.

On Enterprise, the add-on covers severity-tiered response and resolution targets for incidents, plus a monthly uptime guarantee on the platform we operate. Specific coverage windows, response times, uptime targets, and credit schedules are scoped per contract in the order form, with regional coverage matched to the customer's business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card for all plans. Enterprise plans also accept bank transfer, invoicing, purchase orders, and Net 30 / Net 60 payment terms.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

When the subscription ends, the app stops receiving platform updates, maintenance, and push delivery. The developer accounts, app listings, reviews, and ratings stay with you. You can either replace the app with a new build or unpublish it from the App Store and Google Play. Specific notice and renewal terms are covered in the contract.
