What’s included in each app submission?

You'll handle all of the app's initial configuration, we'll handle everything else to get it live on the stores.

We charge a submission fee of $500 for each app/client ($300 on our Agency plan) to cover our service and assistance to get the apps live on App Store and Google Play.

Here's what we include:

We take care of all the native app development, including compiling the app.
We test your apps before submission, find and fix any issues before the apps are sent to Apple and Google – we then share it with you for your own testing
We generate keystore files, provisioning profiles, signing certificates, compiling installation packages (binaries) for iOS and Android
We prepare your app's store pages and submit the app to App Store and Play Store for approval
We work directly with Apple and Google until your app is approved.

Will you support our clients directly?

No, we'll support you in using our platforms, but you'll provide all technical and customer support.

Will you configure the apps for me?

No, we'll assist you in configuring the apps for your clients. If you need us to fully configure the apps for you, you can purchase our full service package at $1,350 for each app.

Do you offer any guarantees or refunds?

Yes we offer a 60 days money back guarantee on your membership fees. If you think MobiLoud is not a good fit for your agency, you have 60 days from your initial purchase to get a full refund. We don't offer a refund or guarantee for app submission fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

What’s the process to get started?

Start with a free demo of our platform – a call is really the best way for you to learn the system, see live examples and understand our process. If you're a good fit for our Reseller Program, we'll sign an agreement and get you onboarded and trained on our process.

Will all of my site’s features work in the app?

Yes, whatever your web app currently does, Canvas can recreate that same user experience and feature set within iOS and Android apps.

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel any time, there are no long term contracts. When you pay a subscription you're paying for a usage license. When you cancel, your apps will have to be removed from the stores.
